I have a question: I have been told by a practioner that if you treat (press) non trigger point tender spots, you can actually cause more pain. It’s very confusing and I find it difficult to work out which is a trigger piont. ( I have watched your video’s) Are all tender points in the muscle a trigger point? If so then I can find them, I have lots but not just in the mapped areas.
