HOW DO YOU OVERCOME THE MISFIRING NERVES IN THE HEAD WHEN THE NECK IS STIFF. IT IS JUST LIKE AN ELECTRIC SENSATION EXPLODES IN BETWEEN TWO EARS AS THE HEAD OR THE BODY MOVES ABOUT. THIS HAPPENS AFTER EVEN A SLIGHT FLOOR EXERCISES.
