Thank you, Jonathan, for posting videos again – you helped me better treat and live with trigger points/MPS. As it relates to breathing, bioenergetic breathing is what I believe one of the most powerful techniques (and I think it also reduces pain).
ReplyI don’t find that I breathe rapidly, but maybe sometimes I hold my breath when I tense up? Could this happen as well?
