Donald Robertson is a psychotherapist specialising in cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), and the treatment of anxiety. He is also the author of: ‘Stoicism and the Art of Happiness,’ ‘Build Your Resilience’ and ‘The Philosophy of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
