Hello dr. Jonathan,

Thank you for all your kind and convincing explanations. Folowing your advices I have probbaly found that trigger point in my elbow because the pain has almost gone and now I am really encouraged to massage the area to get completely pain free. Your advices are worth following and I will glady put them into my everyday routine.
