Hi Joathan, i just listened to your video on excerise,i can only manage 10 to 15 mins of gently excerise ,but trigger points are still tightening up and causing me more pain in my buttocks,the physo i am seening has started to work on my trigger points,and said for me to lie down and rock my knees side to side v ery gently, i cant do 40 mins to get pain relief yet
