Why do trigger points come back?

One reason that almost always comes up is that you don’t have optimum posture. Bad posture creates muscle imbalances and tension – which then creates trigger points.

It’s a cumulative thing, but having efficient posture will give the best chance to not only look good and move freely, but also have your trigger points go away and stay that way.
