Hi there,

You may have found this page from my site, or been directed here after emailing me.

It's quite possible you may find the answer to your question here. I sometimes get rather overwhelmed with emails, so although I read all my messages, I'm not always able to reply to all of them.

If your question's not covered here, then I'll do my best to get back to you. All technical or product related questions will get dealt with as quickly as possible by my tec

Frequently Asked Questions:

"Who is your trigger point course for?"
It's designed for people who have trigger points and want to learn to treat themselves at home. It's a series of videos teaching these treatments - I made to be accessible to non-medical people (but with some very useful techniques I use for medical professionals as well.)

The course covers:

How to find all the major trigger points in your body

How to switch them off (gently and safely)

A program of stretching and body care to help your triggers stay dormant
so you can resume your normal daily life

"I have (insert medical condition) and would like you to diagnose and send me a treatment"
As I've mentioned before, I really can't (physically or ethically) diagnose medical problems over the internet. What I do offer on the site is general, useful information based on my own experience of treating pain for more than two decades. You can study this information for yourself or use it to consult with a medical practioner on.

Please contact info[@]lifeafterpain.com for technical issues. We'll help you out with these as quickly as possible.

"Can I use your vidoes/articles for training others?"
You're welcome to use any of my free information for share with others. All I ask is that you acknowledge the source (me) and include a link back to my site if you're publishing it online, and don't alter the material.

"Do you know of a Trigger Point practioner in my city?"
I live in New Zealand, so I'm familiar with some practisioners here, but can't recommend anyone elsewhere in the world. If you do have recommendations based on your own experience, then please let me know as I get this question quite often.

"I'm a medical practioner and would like to do an interview with you to share with your audience"
I'd always keen to learn more about the field of pain management - please contact me and we can arrange a time.

"I live in New Zealand and would like to come to your clinic."
I do have a clinic in Papakura (near Auckland.) These is usually a two month waiting list, so it's a good idea to organise a trip ahead of time. If you'd like to come to my clinic, please go to www.Kuttner.co.nz for my contact details.

"Can I get a certificate with your trigger point course?"
Currently I don't offer cerfication, but as I get asked this quite frequently, it's something I will look into. If you have any suggestions - please let me know!

"I'd like to learn more about a specific medical topic"
Please let me know - I'm always looking for new ideas for topics that would be helpful for my readers.

"How do I access your trigger point course?"
Currently it's available online - you can watch all the videos online or download them to your computer. You have lifetime access to this course - you can download it as many times as you need to and get free access to any updates to course material.

If you have any difficulty with online access, please contact info[@]lifeafterpain.com for technical issues. We'll help you out with these as quickly as possible.

"I have a suggestion for improving your site / information I'd like to share with you"
Again - all recommendations are very welcome. I'm continually learning from my readers and look forwards to hearing your comments.

Lastly, I read all the comments on my blog. It's a great way to get not just my thoughts, but also all the help from the intelligent and well informed people who read Life After Pain.
